You’ll gain a deep understanding of marketing as you learn to plan digital campaigns. You’ll also discover the importance of content development, consumer behaviour, the customer journey and data. 

We look at different aspects of marketing including B2B, international marketing, and strategic brand management. 

As you study, you’ll have opportunities to put your skills and knowledge into practice.

Teaching and Modules

This accredited degree will give you everything you need to be an effective digital marketer. 

You’ll gain a deep understanding of the core theories and models of marketing, and how marketing strategies are to wider business plans and objectives. 

You’ll explore the different tools and techniques that can be used in marketing communications, learn to develop and analyse campaigns, and build your skills in project management. 

You’ll complete your degree with your major project, where you’ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to address a current, complex business issue.

Our goal is to provide ARU students with the right tools for career planning and successful employment through; an array of career advising services and employability skills programs to support students’ personal and career development to meet employers’ hiring needs. In addition, we build corporate partnerships and liaise with companies to avail experiential and career opportunities and help employers reach and attract the right talent. 

The support continues after you graduate, with lifelong access to our Alumni Office. 

We’ll assess your progress throughout the course, with assessment methods potentially including self-completion questionnaires, group exercises (discussion forums), and practical digital marketing-related tasks and activities. 

At the end of each modules there’s a summative assessment where you can demonstrate that you’ve fulfilled the learning outcomes. Summative assessments include written reports, portfolios, presentations, and practical work-based projects.
