Celebrating ARU Cairo’s Launch with a 20% Scholarship for Egypt’s Youth.

As ARU begins its journey in Cairo, we are delighted to announce a 20% Entry Scholarship for four years for our inaugural Fall 2026 cohort.

This initiative reflects our appreciation for Egyptian students and families who share our commitment to the high-quality education ARU stands for.

The four-year scholarship is designed to support outstanding learners who aspire to join a globally recognized university dedicated to shaping the future of education in Egypt.

Note: The fees listed below do not reflect the scholarship discount. The 20% four-year Entry Scholarship will be applied upon admission.

Academic Tuition Fees (September 2026 – June 2027)

*The categories A, B or C for tuition fees are determined by the applicant grades in high school.

Tuition amount to be paid per semester over two equal installments, first installment (50%) due upon receiving the final acceptance letter (5 working days from letter date), second payment (50%) after one month from beginning of semester.

Tuition fees are subject to an annual increase caped at 10%

5% extra discount for paying the full year (2 semesters) fees before the beginning of the academic year.

Other Fees

Application fees: EGP 1,500
Non-Academic fees: EGP 12,000 (to be paid annually)
Engineering / Computer Science Lab & Technology fees: EGP 15,000 (to be paid annually)
Business & Law / Arts Lab & Technology fees: EGP 10,000 (to be paid annually)
Health Insurance fees: EGP 2,500 (to be paid annually and mandatory to all students and in case any student submits another health insurance document, the amount will be waived)
Facilities insurance fees: EGP 10,000 (One-time fee/Refundable)
Deposit: EGP 45,000 (to be deducted from tuition fees).

The tuition can be paid either:

Online payment through Universities of Canada’s online Payment Gateway.
In-person payment through credit card or cash at Universities of Canada’s Campus.
Cash deposit/Bank transfers through Universities of Canada bank accounts.

Any bank transfers, money transfers, or cash deposit payments in the bank must be accompanied by a copy of the payment document sent to Finance@uofcanada.edu.eg to confirm the payment. Please note that the university is not responsible for any payments that do not have sufficient proof.

Refund Policy

For the Fall semester that starts in September 2026 (Academic Year 2026-2027): the refund policy is as below:

100% refund till 31st of May (-10% processing fees).
50% refund from 1st of June till 31st of July.
No deposit refund from 1st of August till end of admission.

For the Winter semester that starts in January 2027; and due to the short time of selecting candidates, the Deposit is Non-refundable.

NOTE: The tuition deposit is fully refundable upon request from applicants under one of the following conditions:

Admission requirements are not met. (With proof)
University cancels the program.
Refusal of the student visa (For International Students).
